Contact

The best way to reach us is by email: contact@bincollectionday.org.uk.

We are not your council. We cannot book collections, report missed bins, order new bins or change your bin day. For those, use the postcode lookup to find your council's website.

Things we can help with

A council link on our site that no longer works or goes to the wrong page.
A rule or date in a guide that is out of date for your area.
Suggestions for new guides or items for the which bin A to Z.
Partnership, press and advertising enquiries.

When reporting a council link, tell us the council name and, if you can, the correct page. We aim to reply within a few working days.

Bin Collection Day is run by Steve K, United Kingdom.
